a. Prep SB for maintenance.

b. Shutdown DB and Lsnr
c. Apply OS patches and reboot.
shutdown -r now
d. Apply Oracle patches (DB already down from above).
-- Leave DB and Lsnr down for now.
2. PRI
a. Shutdown DB and Lnsr
b. Apply OS patches and reboot.
cat /etc/redhat-release
dnf clean all
dnf check-update
dnf update -y
shutdown -r now
cat /etc/redhat-release
c. Apply Oracle patches.
3. DG Sync
- Start SB Lsnr & DB.
- Perform post SB event actions.

- PackageKit, Disable (Linux 9)
