Overview

The following covers the installation of the Microsoft Visual Studio Community Version (MSCE) from the .iso file. This installation is optimized toward client software creation (not web).

Prerequisites

1. Ideally your system must thave IE 10.
2. Download the Microsoft VSCE full installation, i.e. .iso version.
3. Copy and expand the .iso files to your software directory.
   Example: C:\software\microsoft\vsce_2015

Installation

1. Run the dir all your install files are in run vs_community.exe.
2. Select (x) installation.
3. Disable Microsoft Web Developer Tools.
4. Select Install.
